I've had pretty good customer service here overall.
I've anyways gotten good service from the folks in here. I've had to replace a couple SIM cards and they did it all right there for me.
Josh was very professional. I came in with what seemed like 99 problems and left with not one. I recommend this At&t over any other. An their new store looks great!
Don't have to drive to a big town to fine the store. Not getting into traffic jams. Can get every thing you need.
Awful. Was suppose to call us about phones and data charges. They did not. Also dealer uses speed connect horrible. AT&T dealer? Charges for data during update. Associate had phone while updates were downloading and I got charged data. Wi-Fi goes on and off. I got charged while I was paying my bill. Called retention dept and had charges removed. Software app update took 1.5 hours in store with speed connect.
