A crime not a crime. Title 18, section 1725 states it is unlawful to place unpaid mail in a mail box and that only federal mail carriers are allowed to place things in your mail box.
SHERIFF THAT DEAD HORSE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED THIS HAS GONE WORLDWIDE, LOTS OF EYES WAITING ON JUSTICE IT THERE IS ONE PROBABLY MORE BE ABUSED.
After a man placed a letter in my mail box with no postage and him not being a federal mail carrier the police told me that that is not a crime they look into. This man has assaulted me in the past and could have easily placed something dangerous in my mail box ..... but hey it is not a crime to break FEDERAL LAW.
