I placed a surprise order of flowers requesting same day delivery which they said they could provide. However, the recipient ended up having to pick up the order. They never reached out to me inquiring if another day was an option. What is the point of surprising someone with flowers if they have to pick them up?! When I called to see what happened the lady I spoke with was VERY RUDE, unprofessional. I am told the flowers are very pretty however I was charged and paid a delivery fee but that service was not provided. I will not do business with them again. Very disappointed in their lack of respect for their customers.
I will come back here again anytime that I need a gift. What a treasure of meaningful gifts! The store personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Seriously, do your birthday, anniversary, wedding and Christmas shopping here!
